An industry expert with more than 20 years of successful experience in the Energy Management sector and wood finishing industry, Tom Miller has a proven ability to generate and sustain workflow, foster relationships and manage multiple projects to completion.

Tom is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally. His vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term solutions and success.

A calculated risk-taker with deep industry knowledge, Tom has immense experience in leadership roles, managing multiple work offices and leading over 35 employees at one time. With clear communication and the necessary resources required Tom and his teams have been integral in completing and exceeded targets on multiple projects ensuring all clients remain happy with the services offered and the quality of work provided.

When Tom is not working, he is a dedicated husband and father of 2 boys, integrating himself into the community as both a head and assistant coach on both his boys football and hockey teams.

Tom is very passionate about the game of golf and when he finds a free minute you will often find him on the driving range working on his golf game, trying to improve his current handicap of 11.
